MOT Test Certificate(Required)

We require your most recent valid MOT Certificate. TfL regulations state that Private Hire Vehicles require a MOT test at least once every 6 months. Please set the expiry date as 6 months from the test date. If your car doesn't require an MOT please upload your Private Hire Vehicle Licence and set the expiry date as 1 year from the issue date.

Your insurance policy must cover you for Private Hire and/or carriage of passengers and goods for Hire or Reward. Please upload an Insurance Certificate or Temporary Cover Note. No other documents will be accepted here.

If your Insurance Certificate is not in your name and/or does not contain the vehicle details, we will need one of the following: A Permission Letter (a letter from the vehicle owner or hire company permitting you to drive the vehicle. The document has to include Insurance Policy Number) Full Policy Schedule (Your schedule must include a Vehicle Schedule: A list of vehicles covered under an insurance policy and Driver Schedule: a list of individuals covered under an insurance policy)
